All of our Herbal Tinctures are made with organic herbs, and roots. the base is 80% food grade vegetable glycerin, and 20% distilled water. The steeping process is what is referred as "Double Processed".  the mixture saturates for four weeks, at which time is removed, blended then returned to saturate for another 4 weeks before bottling. Tinctures are best consumed under the tongue, to allow the glands to absorb the herbs, but can be swallowed or placed in a drink.
